Our consultancy work involves a process of analysis and guidance for schools, academy trusts and Local Education Authorities to develop a strategic approach to anti-racism practice.

We offer a range of bespoke guidance, training and resources for an anti-racist curriculum.
Pupil Workshops
A series of workshops for pupils of colour to support their skills in connecting with and discussing their own racialised experiences, developing their racial literacy and navigating the realities of a racialised world.
Coaching
One to one coaching related to ‘race’ and racism for equality leads, education professionals, teachers and parents.
